A six to eight week program operated between June and August for youth ages 14 -24. The program provides youth with work experience opportunities in local businesses, public facilities and non-profit agencies. Work experiences provide youth with hands-on opportunities to develop the skills they will need upon entering the work force. Youth receive a stipend or wage and are required to attain certain benchmarks relative to their job performance. Youth also participate in a variety of career and personal development activities such as community service projects, field trips to local business and civic events, exposure to post secondary education and training opportunities, and guest speakers from key RI industries.

Provides a comprehensive and coordinated program of Early Childhood Education, Adult Basic Education, ESL, GED Prep, Family Literacy Skills Training, Job Coaching, Case Management, Interactive Child-Family Literacy Skills Training, and Parent Education. Available to low income families with children between the ages of 0-8 years in the Towns of Chariho, Exeter, Hopkinton, Narragansett, Richmond, South Kingstown, and West Greenwich.

Provides financial literacy and education services to youth and adults ages 14 and up. Youth receive age appropriate training through the YouthLinks Program and adults access services through SCCA's Emergency Services Department, Homelessness Prevention Program, or Tax Preparation Program. The curriculum, based on the FDIC;s Smart Money Program, includes budgeting, banking basics, credit and lenders, debt consolidation, consumer protection and fraud, home ownership and retirement planning. Available to all RI residents.

Provides free tax preparation assistance and free electronic filing of state and federal income tax returns, including applying for the Earned Income Tax Credit and other credits. Available to low and moderate income residents of Charlestown, Exeter, Hopkinton, Narragansett, New Shoreham, North Kingstown, Richmond, South Kingstown, Westerly and West Greenwich. Residents of other towns accepted if appointments are available.
