Energy conservation audits to identify heat loss from appliances, light bulbs, water heaters, waterbeds, refrigerators, freezers, clothes washers and dryers, air conditioners, portable space heaters, ovens, ranges and lights.  Free refrigerators may be awarded to participants in greatest need.
